Frequently asked questions
Do I need specific devices?
No. It works on any computer, tablet or phone from the browser, with thermal printers, barcode scanners, scales and cash drawers.
What if the internet goes down?
The Cashier saves supported transactions locally, and once the connection is back they’re reviewed and synced. Any transaction that needs approval or balance that isn’t available is reviewed before it’s approved.
Will the cashier see the profit?
No. The cashier signs in with their PIN and only sees selling. Profit, reports and settings are for you.
How do I pay?
With InstaPay. You transfer the amount and upload the screenshot from the subscription page or send it to support on WhatsApp, and we activate you and send a notification. No contract.
What if my subscription ends?
Your data is never deleted. After 7 grace days the account becomes view-only, and as soon as you renew everything comes back as it was.
When I subscribe after the trial, does my data stay?
Yes. Subscribing activates the same account with all its items, sales and customers, with no starting over.
Is there a computer app?
Yes, for subscribers: the ZAIN'S for Windows installs in one click, opens from a desktop icon and prints receipts straight away.
My items are on another system?
Export them to Excel and upload them once, and check the template, items, prices and barcodes before importing.
