Questions about prices and payment
Is the trial really free?
Yes. 20 days with all business features, no card or payment details needed. If you don’t subscribe, the account stays available for viewing only, and your data is kept.
What does the price include?
All the business features in the system for your business: Cashier, Inventory, Reports, Customers, Delivery, Staff and business features, plus the ZAIN'S for Windows, with no add-ons to pay for separately.
When I subscribe, is my trial data lost?
No. Subscribing activates your same account: items, sales, customers and settings all stay as they are, and the days left on the trial are added to your period. If the trial ends before you subscribe, your data stays saved until you do.
Is there a computer app?
Yes, for subscribers: the ZAIN'S for Windows 10 and 11. It installs in one click and adds a desktop icon, prints receipts straight away without asking, and has the thermal printer agent and cash drawer built in. The download link shows on the Subscription page as soon as you subscribe.
Can I make more than one trial account?
The free trial is once per device and per email or number. If you have more than one business, add them inside your account from “My businesses” and switch between them in one click.
How much does a longer period save?
6 months a month at 2,400 EGP, Year a month at 2,000 EGP, وسنتين الشهر بـ 1,550 EGP. And if you pay while still on the trial, the trial days left are added to the period.
How do I pay?
With InstaPay: you transfer the amount shown on the “Subscription” page inside the system and upload the transfer screenshot there or send it to support on WhatsApp, and we activate you as soon as possible. The system keeps working while we check.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. You pay for the period you choose once, and we remind you when it’s about to end. Nothing is charged automatically.
What if my subscription ends?
The system keeps working for 7 grace days, then it becomes view-only until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
More than one branch?
The price is per branch. Each extra branch is charged at the same price, and the reports bring them all together.
Do I need specific devices?
No. It runs on any computer, laptop, tablet or phone you have, and on any receipt printer.
