What we collect
- Account data: name, mobile number, business name and branches.
- Operational data the subscriber enters: products, orders, customers, inventory.
- Technical data for protection: IP address and device identifier, so we can prevent abuse of the free trial and secure sign-in.
- Where you came from: the ad, website or partner that brought you (from the link itself). If you start signing up and don’t finish, your details are deleted after 180 days.
How we use it
Running the service, technical support, sending verification codes and the alerts the subscriber has enabled, and preventing fraud. We don’t sell anyone’s data and we don’t share it except with the service providers needed to operate (hosting, messaging, payments) or if the law requires it.
Ads and cookies
On the website pages (not inside the system) we ask first. If you agree, we run the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to know which ad brought you, and when you open an account or pay your subscription we tell Meta from the server with your phone number hashed, without your name or anything about your shop or customers. If you say no, we don’t run the pixel and send nothing. You can change your mind by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser.
Subscriber’s customer data
The phone numbers and names of the restaurant’s or shop’s customers belong to the subscriber. We only store them on their behalf, and we only contact them with messages the subscriber has enabled (like the receipt on WhatsApp).
Security
Passwords and PINs are encrypted, the connection is encrypted (https), and there’s a daily backup and a log of all sensitive actions.
Your rights
You can download a copy of all your data at any time or request permanent deletion of your account from “Settings ← Your data” (for the account owner). Or contact us: WhatsApp +201035885000.
In case of a security issue
If a breach or leak could affect your data we notify you and the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours of finding out. We tell you what happened and what we did plus what you should do.
Full details are in the Data Processing Agreement.
