1. Service charge

ZAIN'S is an online cashier and management system that runs in the browser. The subscriber uses it on their own devices, and the data is stored on our servers.

2. Trial period

Each business gets one free trial period for 20 days, tied to a verified email or mobile number and to the device it was started on. Making more accounts to get more trials lets us suspend those accounts.

3. Subscription and payment

• The subscription is paid up front for the period you choose (6 months or Year or 2 years), includes every feature and is charged per branch, and the prices show on the subscription page before you pay.
• Activation happens after we confirm the payment has arrived. A forged proof of transfer gets the account suspended immediately.
• Payments are non-refundable once the period is activated, unless an outage on our side prevented use for more than 72 consecutive hours.

4. Subscription expiry

After the subscription ends, the system keeps running for 7 Days Grace, وبعدها بيبقى للعرض بس. البيانات بتفضل محفوظة 90 days after Subscription expiry, وبعدها ممكن تتمسح. تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك في أي وقت خلال الفترة دي.

5. Subscriber responsibilities

• The accuracy of prices, taxes and the data they enter, and compliance with the tax laws that apply to their business.
• Keeping passwords and PINs safe, and managing the permissions of the staff they add.
• Keeping an eye on offline orders until they sync, and not clearing browser data before they are uploaded.

6. Limitation of liability

We make daily backups and do our best to keep the service running, but in any case our liability does not exceed the value of the last month of subscription paid by the subscriber.
